Unfortunately, I will not be going back. I buy bubble tea on a regular basis multiple times a week sometimes. This place used to be good but now they are selling 8$ worth of ice. When I asked the manager if this was the normal amount of ice, she said it was. I finished my tea and 3/4 of my large cup is still just ice. For a drink worth 8$, you are ripping your customers off. They also changed the cups and are no longer see through and there was maybe 25% of the brown sugar when I asked for 100%. If you want good tea, go to the bubble tea place on bramalea and sandalwood or by Dixie and queen. Third picture is after 40 min of driving. That's how much ice they put that it won't melt.

Drinks - 4/5 Service - 4/5 Ambiance - 4/5 Price - Higher End Visited this chai location in Brampton, and ordered 2 Mango smoothies with boba and coconut jelly. They do not have coconut milk, so we decided to go with Mango Smoothie, with coconut jelly and crystal bobas. The drink was really refreshing and slushy. They also don't have the popping bobas. If you're looking for something with that, this place is no good for you. But overall, with the drinks they're offering it was pretty good and their ambiance is beautiful, you can easily sit there for hours!

Chatime at this location is alright, but it isn't my favourite bubble tea place in the GTA. The interior of this location looks nice. The drinks are cheaper than other places like Kung Fu Tea but the taste clearly reflects the price. Would I come back? I don't think so. Based on the reviews of others I would not be confident with bringing friends to this location. In my own experience, I didn't like the pearls and the taro slush wasn't blended properly or something. I believe my friends enjoyed their drinks though, so it wasn't a completely negative experience.

Hate the new paper cups. You can't see how much ice or bubbles they put in it. We 3 asked for less ice and our cups were half full of ice! My drink tasted like sugar water---no brown rice or tea taste at all!! My 2 friends' drinks also didn't have much flavour. We buy bubble teas almost every day and found this Chatime very disappointing. It was quite busy and we had to wait a long time for our drinks.

I like the fact that this location has dairy free options. I got the brown sugar Pearl milk tea with Oat Milk and it was delicious. The decor was also great too inside. The mango smoothie wasn’t as tasty as expected though according to my friend.

I bought mango smoothie and i recieved water with mango flavour. How do you call that a smoothie. I need my refund. Am not a fool and not buying from you guys again. I mostly order from real fruit bubble tea but they had closed at that time and was craving for mango smoothie and that why i ordered from you guys but never again. I haved the store more than 10times and no an is picking up.

Horrible!!! I asked for non dairy mango smoothie with no ice but guy at cash said that's not possible I had to get a mango slush instead. Wasn't happy with that because I watched the other person make it and he put mango flavor, an excessive amount of sugar and packed it with ice. When i let the cashier know it was too kuch sugar and where was the fruit, he told me thats how its made and walked away into the back. When i tasted it, the tapioca was old, it was way too sweet and I could barely taste the mango flavor. Definitely not going to this place ever again. Brampton location, if anyone's curious

It would never recommend this to anyone for Tea and coffee. This place is totally scam on the name of Tea. I bought hot Oat milk latte. They gave me Hot latte in normal cold latte cup …The coffee was at room temperature and when I asked him to change it and he said you have to pay for it. He didn’t even offer me any replacement.

Manager is nice and friendly as well as the staff, nice seating area. Drinks for the most part are very consistent. Overall 4/5 good place to stop by for a quick bubble teaFood: 4/5

WORST CHATIME LOCATION YOU CAN VISIT!! Wish there was an option to put 0 stars. Been to so many locations but never had to argue on the ice level at any location. The big guy at the cash is so rude, unprofessional and far from being acquainted with the concept of good customer service. Went to a different location afterwards and ordering according to our preference was a breeze. I’d rather drive to farther location than visiting this one in the future.
