I have gone here many times throughout my life and I've been pleased with the service and food just about every time. Great place for italian food. I would suggest stopping here if you're visiting.
Downtown Rutland, this is an unexpected spot to find such quality Italian food. The feel was very authentic and the service was wonderful. It’s easy to see how they’ve been in business for so long. I got the chicken parmigiana and it was incredible. The portions were more than enough as we both had leftovers.
We had the opportunity to dine here while vacationing throughout Vermont and wasn't disappointed. Service was friendly and attentive. Doris enjoyed the Tortellini Alfredo while I dined on Linguine & Clams with our bottle of wine. "La Bella Vita"
The food was great, especially the prime rib, and mashed potatoes. But we also enjoyed the wing appetizers! Fast, friendly, efficient service as well!

While in Vermont for a wedding we came across The Palms... Couldn't have been more excited about our choice. Stunning food and incredible service in a quaint home grown environment. If we’re ever back in the area we’ll be stopping here.
Absolutely love this restaurant! John and Jerri are wonderful hosts, the food is delicious and the staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommend this great family restaurant.
I've eaten and had many celebrations at the Palms, always with consistent quality and service. My favorite of all times.
5 stars may be a bit much for this place, but it definitely surprised us. The decor is a bit tacky, but, this Rutland, not a center of sophistication. The food was quite good, and the service was great. Very low key and comfortable.
