Nice place! Went for a kids birthday today and they can have the experience without having the markers be full power. A lot of first timers had fun and definitely fits for an 11-12 year old birthday event. Nice work!
Many thanks to PaintballHQ for making our BD party an unforgettable experience! We had a group of 8 for our 12yr old son’s birthday kids 12 and 13. We got the “low impact” guns, with smaller mass pellets, no overalls needed. And it was really fun. The staff was very helpful and forthcoming, and explained everything very well, all were 1st time paintballers. The staff organized several games for group, and made sure everything went in an orderly way. The gun refills were done during short breaks, and i was shown the levels of pellets before refilling. Everyone had an amazing amount of fun!!! I can highly recommend PaintballHQ for a kids party or a group event.
I was concerned based on some of these reviews after booking my kids bday party. But it was blast! Everyone Played by the rules and we all had an amazing time! If you and your friends amily are respectful and practice common sense, than its a great place to go!!!
We booked a private game for my 14 year old son and his friends. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. And made a couple great recommendations that ensured we had a great session. Would definitely recommend and we’d love to go again.
We went there for my son's 13th birthday party and we were pleasantly surprised not only because of how much fun the kids had but also how great the employees were! I would recommend this facility to anybody who has high energy children and want to have a good time for an hour and a 1/2. Thank you so much for your guys's assistance, friendliness and everything you guys did for us. We really appreciate it and we'll be back for sure. As long as your children follow the rules and do what they're told this place is fantastic! Thank you guys again!
Today we celebrated my daughter's birthday here, there was a group of 11 kids, none whom have never been before Including my self . I want to send a huge shout out to the 1 Girl working today my sincere apologies, as I forget her name She was absolutely phenomenal and so helpful. Thank you so much for helping our group and being so kind to the kidlets. I definitely want to come with some adults now
If you are looking something different for you kid's birthday, you must check out Painball HQ. Awesome place and the kids had so much fun. My daughter said this was the funnest party! Andre was super helpful and was quick to answer questions. Highly recommend this place and Will definitely be back!
We are a group of 20 and were supposed to have fun here. One of kids in the large group broke something that is worth probably 1$. The staff insisted on us paying 10$ for that despite we payed close to $900. We decided not to refill ANY of the guns which was estimated at an extra $300 because he insisted that we pay for the 10$ broken piece! Experience was ruined
Terrible customer service. Booked a week in advanced got no call back or email, called back on Wednesday to find out that my spot has been taken. When I tried to call to book another reservation there was no answer every time I called went straight to voicemail. - update we did not receive any voicemail or call regarding the booking. I was never rude to any lady as I was kind the entire time. I came into the paintball HQ to then book another reservation as you had blocked me, which is extremely unprofessional. When I was told everything was booked I accepted that fact and left with no issues. I had called on Wednesday for a follow up like I said I did not receive any message and then you had told me it was all booked. And because it was for a party of 10 people, I cannot change the date immediately, I had to inform everyone it would be on Sunday rather than Saturday and I needed to wait for replies to confirm the change. I tried to call to see if Sunday was still available so I can put in my deposit but again you had blocked my number for absolutely no reason. When I came in you wouldn’t even come out to speak to me. I admit I didn’t to request that many times for Friday and sat but your website does not reflect your availability and you BLOCKED me. And I’m the Karen? Look at your response. Terrible terrible service.
My son and friend were at Paintball HQ for the first time today, and they loved the indoor venue with multiple "facades" to hide behind, and shoot from--as well as the cleanliness. I also noted the incredible professionalism and helpfulness from both the owner, Andre, and manager, Basia. Both were able to clearly explain safety rules and paintball options. My son and his friend will definitely be going back, and they are eager to try out the air softgun night! Thank you Basia for showing us helmwt and equipment options!
