This is my last time eating here asked for waffle fries and got Normal fries.. asked for medium well burger and it was well done... My dog eat good.
They have a apoaching machine finally! The food was amazing and we have no complaints. The waitress Keri was very nice and funny and made us laugh. She is now our most favorite waitress in mio.
Waitress was inattentive despite it not being busy, she neglected to tell us the specials, the food tasted like microwave food. My nephew send his pop back twice trying to get one that wasn't flat. Not sure if we went on a bad day but won't take that chance again.Food: 1/5

Very sad, I have eaten at this restaurant many times over 4 decades. Ate there for the last time last night. After being there for 30 minutes, I called across the dining room and asked for our order to be taken. It was not very busy when I made this fatal mistake. Another half an hour and our food was served. My food was warm and the chicken tasted pretty bad. Not unsafe just not good. I ate it anyway. This was a treat to dine out. My sister's meal looked good, the usual standard I am used to receiving here. Our waitress stopped and specifically asked if my food tasted okay, not the usual question... need anything.or everything ok. I thought how sad that they messed with my meal on purpose. I with another sister, have been caring for the sister dining with me 24/7 for months. She loves to eat out. And so on the days she is able to manage with her walker, we go for it. I get a break too, from cooking. I was tired and hungry, and felt it best not to ruin the outing for my sister with MS, so I ate as much as I could and left a 25 percent tip and wished the waitress a good night. The even sadder part than having your food purposefully messed with, is that an establishment that you have enjoyed dining in for 4 decades is no longer an option. Robert.

Great place for lunch! Spacious, clean, reasonable prices, kids menu - highly recommend the burgers.
Really delicious down home cooking. Chili was good, but the sandwiches were top notch. We had a monte cristo and an Italian sandwich. Both were well made and incredibly filling. Prices were reasonable and we thought the girls working were doing a great job for as busy as they were.
Great place for a quick bite. Good American comfort food in a traditional family restaurant setting. The staff is friendly, and definitely treat you with that "family" small town attitude. My Cajun Burger and Chili Cheese Waffle Fries were quite tasty, and my dad's club sandwich, according to him, was quite good as well. I've been coming up 33 from Detroit to Onaway for years and have passed this place countless times, but never stopped in until today. Needless to say, this will become a regular stop on my trip Up North.
