I bought vape which was leaking on both sides. They wouldn't refund me because the product was less than half full, I had my receipt and the original container. What kind of company does this??? I couldn't use a lot of my $43 product Carmel, Animal face and you don't want to collaborate!? Leaking product is absolutely not normal and should be refunded immediately if it happens, regardless of the amount of oil in the vape. This is extremely unprofessional of you. I gave you 5 stars, now 1, 0 if possible as you are such scammers. You may have saved a little money on tonight's sale but you just lost a customer who could have been much more lucrative in a short period of time, but you prefer instant benefits. I drove 3 hours back and forth just to get there from Montreal Quebec. Don't be fooled by their prices which are barely better than aroundnCommentaires
There is a big problem when the sales person says: go online it's easier. We came all the way from Montreal to get a recommendation to go online?nMaybe in the future a robot would serve better as a sales android than a human who doesn't know or wish to recommend products.
