Story

Welcome to the Ouisi Bistro, Vancouver`s original New Orleans restaurant. For over 16 years The Ouisi Bistro has been proudly serving authentic Cajun-Creole cuisine. The restaurant is located in South Granville and is a great pre-theatre or post shopping meeting place. The dishes are rustic and down home comfort food with creative twists. By emphasising local ingredients and traditional southern fare the Ouisi offers the flavours and excitement of New Orleans, presented without pretension in a warm, engaging atmosphere. Try the Ale Marinated Chicken and Hot Smoked Duck Sausage Gumbo.
To accompany our cuisine, taste one of the 60 plus ' Beers from around the World ', choose a selection from our wine list, have a taste of one of seven beers on tap, drink a Sazerac, or find your favourite among our immense single malt scotch and bourbon menu.
