We are a small family run breakfast restaurant, proudly serving Kitsilano since 2004. Follow us for daily deals! Open 6:30am-3:00pm!

Story

We are 9th Avenue Grill, a family run business celebrating our 14th year in 2018! We serve a variety of breakfast items, ranging from classic bacon and eggs to flavourful hashes, delicious eggs benedict and yummy omelettes. All of our homefries are made from real, fresh potatoes which we pan-fry, lightly season and cook to your preference! For lunch, we make homemade beef burger patties and homemade soups. Our turkey breast is roasted in house (try our club house!), and don't forget about our variety of wraps and quesadillas!

Such a tiny, tiny place! But very cute, though. When it is busy, they are incredibly slow with the orders. If you are in a rush, don't visit this place. Food is a bit overpriced, but delicious. I did not particularly liked that the place is crammed with tables and chairs and you literally touch the elbow of the other person next to you.

Nice, quaint place. Great friendly and fast service. The side green salad was a nice surprise with cut up strawberries, walnuts, dried cranberries and feta. The omelet was ok, could have been more flavourful. The yam fries were sad. Overdone and underneath the half dozenfull size fries were all over cooked ends. Coffee was good.
Good assortment of breakfast items, soups and sandwiches / burgers and wraps. A variety of healthy options as well. Friendly staff with great service, reasonable prices, highly recommended!
I worked nearby and ate here for lunch for years. The ladies and the few gents that work here are great, lots fun and professional. I really enjoyed the breakfast wrap and don't think I've ever had a bad meal at worst maybe had a meal that was only good instead of great.
I have been here a few times and I really love this place! The food is delicious, and there are tons of menu items to choose from. I freely admit, I can be a little picky when I order, but the server was very understanding and accommodating to my requests. Would recommend for sure!
Came here for breakfast and got the egg benedict. Nothing very special about the food that would separate this place from any other brunch place. Bland potatoes and a very tough English muffin. Aside from the food the servers were very attentive and super friendly, so that is why it gets 3 stars.
