We tasted their cake from a friend's celebration and it is delicious. So we decided to buy it. So I called them to ask about the Colossal cake found on their website. The lady was extremely rude saying they don't have anything with that name. I spelled the way it is in their website, and she continued to be rude. Finally they don't sell to pubic, which is fine. The website on maps could be wrong, but it does not justify the way this employee talked to me.nAt the end the cake is good, but they really need to learn customer service.
This place is alright I guess if your delivering, but picking up its kinda brutal because you borderline have to block all 4 lanes of traffic to back into their shipping doors off the main road. May not be easy to a new driver. However, dropped my trailer the night before and picked it up the following morning with paperwork and everything ready. So this place is okay.
My friend gave me this cake as birthday, It was 25lbs cake, I finished it in 40days, It was really good.nI am wondering why this guy gave this cake one star, There are not many cake last for few days and still taste as good as fresh.
