I had an absolute blast! The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very well decorated and the ambience really added to the immersion. The room we did was tougher then I expected but this was our first time at any escape place. The puzzles were complex and teamwork is a must. I came to be challenged and i left very satisfied. Will definitely be back for more. I may have found a new hobby!

Amazing experience. Friendly and helpful staff who are as enthusiastic about everything as you are. The rooms are the best we've ever tried, well designed and intricate but solvable. The 60 minute time frame versus the usual 40 makes this location the best value for your money. We did two rooms today and will be back next week. A BIG thanks to Aberdeen and Desires for making this a fun time for us!

I went this past weekend with 3 friends. I've always wanted to go to an escape room, and this was a great first experience. The staff was so friendly, super helpful, which definitely makes the whole experience that much better! I would totally go again. P.s. try the clinic room, so much fun and kinda scary! if you're looking for something fun to do with a group on the weekend or for a birthday party, I highly recommend giving this place a try!

I would recommend this place to everyone if you want to try something new in Edmonton. The themes and rooms are great. Staff is very friendly and caring. I have been there twice and the puzzles are amazing. Also, I got free entry on my birthday. Highly recommend!

Lots of fun! We tried the medieval room, which is a nice family oriented room, and the puzzles were challenging enough for me in particular and satisfying when I figured them out. My smart husband enjoyed it too, however he tended to overthink the puzzles, which were a challenge for him. It was still a hit and if I come back to Edmonton again, we'll bring our kids and try it out once again, perhaps my hubby would try the harder ones.

The room was decent. We did the Catacombs, and although the idea was very clever and intriguing, it was not executed to its full potential. The room consisted mostly of combo/directional locks which I find very redundant. But all in all we had fun in the room. However, the customer service was not at all impressive. I myself work at an escape room and we hold customer service to the highest standard in every aspect, from giving rules to giving hints and so on. I did not feel that at this particular establishment. The rules were given to us very briefly and harshly, as if it was a chore. In the room we felt like we were being talked down to, and it just all around seemed like the employees working that night really didn't want to be there. This review definitely would've gotten a 4 or 5 if it weren't for the lackluster customer service we received.

I booked my son's birthday here and it was a blast! The staff were amazing at answering any question I threw at themvia email, and they were always very quick to respond. Even on the day of my booking, I messaged them regarding missing information on my confirmation email, and they responded to me within an hour of sending it. Once we were there, they directed us to their party/board room right away, even though we came early. It was very tidy. The escape room we chose was particularly challenging, and they were great about giving hintsonce we "earned" them. And even though we didn't beat the room, when our time was up, they still let us figure out the puzzle we were working on. We also got a discount for the birthday boy. All in all, it was a great experience!

Love escape rooms and this location did not disappoint. We did medieval. It was very unique by offering two different tracks to solve. We chose logic track and finished before the clock ran out. Interesting that we could go back and try the room in the other track. The room decor was well done. The staff were very helpful. The hint system is good. Will definitely come back to try another room.

We had a great experience with Division 47 quest! It was only 2 of us, but we had a great time. Almost all of the tasks were logical and okay to understand. However, be aware of time and remember that you are a team : Really good for anybody who wants to improve team work or impersonal relationships

Update: I have done two rooms here now. Division 37 is all locks and felt old and cheaply put together but we still had a great time as that was our first visit. Clinic was really good for puzzles, but there was a setup error that cost us a large amount of time and when we asked for more time, they more just tried to explain the rest of the room to get us out. Likely won't return.
