The Neighbourhood Pub

By far my favourite spot in the city. Food is always excellent, and really good value! The staff is incredible and always makes you feel like family. The pinball side is so unique and fun! Warning to musicians though - I wouldn’t recommend the Thursday Open Jam. The host seems inexperienced with managing the event and the sound quality not the musicians is significantly lacking and way too loud to be able to enjoy it in any capacity. The host plays with his little group of buddies for multiple sets, and push everyone else towards the end of the night. There’s a very likely chance you’ll go there without even getting a chance to play. Not sure if it’s ego related or just a special club I didn’t know about, but every other open jam I’ve ever been to has a cap of 2-3 songs on busy nights and the host focusses mostly on his job - hosting the event. This is not a representation of the Pub itself though, as stated, this is one of my favourite spots in the city. Great food, great staff, great fun.

In a word: excellent! I'm leery of places with wing deals...but this place is the real deal. I ordered two pounds hot...and you know that smell when they arrive? So few bars know how to make wings properly. And only $0.65 per wing. Beer was $5 a pint. Pinball games galore. Love this place!

First time ever showing up here. And I'm a big wing critic. Wings are a 10/10. Jumbo wings they use. And they keep it simple with just tossed in flour. Very tender off the bone. Keep it up and please do not change the way you do em up. Very satisfied!

Amazing atmosphere! Lovely and inviting decor. Absolutely loved playing with the arcade machines too! The staff are very friendly and make you feel right at home! I ordered the Cajun Wings, and they’re definitely the best wings I’ve had in Ottawa, highly recommend!

Friendly staff. Friendly neighbours. Good vibes and pinball. Good music. Good wings and beer. You should check it out.

How do I describe the Neighborhood Pub? If you have you ever watched a B rate action movie, then you know after the hero has his great defeat, he day drinks at a bar before starting his redemption arc. This is that bar. I say that lovingly; it is truly a great and genuine neighborhood hang

What a wonderful place! Food was really good pub fare, service was incredibly friendly and the pinball machines were varied and fun. We came as a group of twelve and most were talking about how they couldn’t wait to come back.

The largest selection of pinball machines, possibly in the world these days. That and beer and live music? I give this place three 5 star ratings!

This neighbourhood pub lives up to the name. I love checking out live music here. Steamy Boots is always a great show featuring Scott Reeves & Jayla Kirkey. No cover, and pretty big patio in the parking lot. The service is always really friendly and the Corona beer is always nice and cold. There are always familiar faces every time we visit for live music, so it is definitely a hangout for the neighbourhood. They even didn't mind when I brought my kid for the late afternoon show there were even FREEZIES! Try the wings, I always get an order of hot wings and they are great - either to eat at the pub or take them to go! Lots of parking. The patio is not covered - so bring your sunglasses and enjoy the afternoon sun. Definitely go for the live music, and if you have the chance to see Steamy Boots here - do NOT pass up this dynamic duo!

Family spot, great wings and friendly service. Awesome Pinball. Worth the visit. I go at least once a week. Decent specials too.
