Super experience! I had filed my own taxes for years, but 2021 brought some new challenges that I was unable to work through and that the tax software I use could not handle. I reached out via a referral from Dave Ramsey to Jon and his team. They were able to help, very expeditiously, with the aid of technology for uploading docs. They were proactive, communicative, and a joy to work with. They were able to file taxes for me, my wife, and our son in such a professional and efficient manner. I'm not even a customer, but I can appreciate a good business beginning even if it did not quite work out. I put an inquiry into the website and was greeted back promptly to schedule an appointment. Brittanie followed up in the sweetest manner and I appreciate her positive first impression and great customer service.
Taking over my tax management was beyond overwhelming as a partial business owner and with additional investments out of state. Neal Group was a breeze to work with, spoke in laymens terms and filed everything timely. Every email was responded to promptly and I was able to rest easy knowing they had everything under control. Additionally, I get proactive reminder letters about needing to pay estimated taxes. I was very happy with the service and will be using them for my personal and business tax filings in the future.
