Please stay away from this greedy company. They charge 30% of whatever amount they can claim for you. I was approved for an amount and gave them the go ahead to proceed with the transaction with the only stipulation that If I owed taxes that exceeded the claim amount I would have to cancel. After finding out I would be paying taxes that exceeded the claim amount I canceled the transaction. I received a call from an agent confirming it had been canceled. 2 months later I received a letter stipulating that they processed the transaction irregardless of my canceling the transaction and now they want to sue me. Instead of properly training their agent's they would prefer to cause me stress by holding me responsible for their mistake. Does this sound like a company that cares??? They only care about profit!!!

This "company" is fraudulent and targets people with disabilities who don't know any better. The first big red flag was asking for my SIN over the phone, among other things. I said I would call back and complete my application at a later time in order to do a bit more research on them. Turns out, I didn't need to. They have 2 pre-recorded voicemail messages if they don't manage to get you directly on the phone. One is a woman with a UK accent, the other is a man named "George". It's so poorly done, it's laughable. I have since blocked their number, and still get the same pre-recorded voicemails 8 months later. If you need to file for disability, go see your doctor. Don't call these people.

Website states they can help with Disability Tax Credit application. I filled out the request with all the info requested only to be informed they no longer do this service. Directed me to another organization who never called me back. Waste of time.

don't waste your money these are what you call legal theif's of the disability. really read the fine print application money is not all they are after. go to the cra website download the printable form for your doctor send it to crea and you will not regret it.use these people you will regret it

I have recieved funds that were offered to me by the government by allowing the NBA to act on my behalf. This will be the third year that they have found unclaimed money for me. Although they take 30% of the recovered money, I know without them I wouldn't have recieved anything.

They perform excellent work but at a very high cost, 30 % of your benefits is way too high, further more they will not inform you of whats need to be done with your next tax return in order to obtain your authorized benefits by simply checking a box on your tax return. The following year after filling your taxes they will e-mail you to inform you have unclaimed benefits returns for X dollars and will perform necessary work for you to obtain these unclaimed benefits again at a rate of 30%. Its much cheaper to get it done by a CPA then using their services with this outrageous rate.

Scam. Filled out the application, received an email telling me to call them so I did. Spoke with someone who gave me the run down on how it all works. Signed the documents sent to me, received an email saying an agent would be calling me within 3 business days. Well, its been 2 weeks since receiving that email and every time I call, a recording says they are closed.

This company worked good for me but last year 2022 they recomended REFUND SERVICES INC that are scammers ,they took my aplication in october 2022 and disapear never give me any money.when I called they have a machine that said they are busy call later.

Will not stop harassing me with phone calls. I decided not to go through with their services because it is a total scam. 5 years later, they are still calling my phone on the regular. So annoying.

Don't go through this company. They are scam artists. If you even inquire about information they will call you non stop and harass and threaten you to use their services.
