Had the worst experience with Mirkin. As an international student in my first year in Canada, I decided to go to Mirkin to help me declare my taxes. I was hoping he would help me, but he barely responded to my emails and barely gave me an update on the process. I repeatedly emailed him and asked whether he did his job. Later, I realized I could receive a climate action incentive payment. I asked Eugene why he did not tell me about that and how I could accept this money now, and he told me I should do it by myself I paid him for his job, lol. All my peers received their climate action incentive payment, except for me

Eugene is a true professional and it has always been a pleasure working with him. He is very knowledgeable and his interpersonal skills make him the best accountant I have ever had. If you are looking for a new accountant, I can assure that you should not look any further. Highly recommend!

We paid over 4K to file our income tax. He says he lost our files as he claims his system was hacked, and then says he thinks he’s done enough, and I don’t deserve more. My money gone, no taxes filed and I have to pay elsewhere for what I thought I paid. He says he tried to contact me, but emails prove otherwise. Be careful of this guy, as you have been warned. He feels comfortable taking 4K and not delivering what’s promised.

Eugene and his team are top notch professionals. I used to do all of my own book keeping, corporate and personal taxes. Mr. Mirkin has been my go to person foe all sorts of tax purposes…. A true professional , reliable and has fast communication . I am not familiar with all different forms needed to do what I had to do ., but Mr Mirkin made everything so much easier and simple for me . 6 years ago my accountant of 33 years retired. I googled for an accountant within 10Km if my place of business and I met 4 different accountants. I chose Eugene Mirkin and I couldn't be happier. The service level is very personal and always I am getting the answers to questions or issues that come up. Especially during this challenging times with COVID 19 where by there are issue with managing labour subsidies and other government programs. I strongly suggest to everyone to give it a thought. Eugene was highly recommended from another business owner. I got him to do my personal taxes and he has helped me to save a lot of money and time. He also does accounting for my business and we use Quickbooks to organize everything. I can't recommend this guy enough.
