My daughter and I went today for the first time ever and both of us had pedicures. I was very impressed with the experience. The service was top quality. The girls did a great job and the owner is super-friendly and made us feel very welcome. It was obvious to me that customer service is top priority at The Nail Lounge. The place was also very clean and modern. We will definatly be back and i will be recommending this place to everyone I know!

This was a great salon however they clearly do not value customers. Arrived for a 10am appointment, to be told that I had no appointment. Why would I be there if I didn't? They argued to say that I normally booked with someone who was no longer there. 4 people, no customers, yet they were too busy to fit someone in, or admit they screwed up and apologize. You lost a great customer today Nail Lounge. There are lots of other nail places.

I have never had a bad experience here. The staff are always very pleasent and are never in a rush. Other places I have been the tips would lift after the second week. At Nail Lounge the tips never lift even after 4 weeks. I am a permanent customer.

Love coming here. They have amazing service and make sure that you are very stratified with your nails. Recommend!

Went in weeks ago, last minute and jimmy was able to fit me in with an appointment within the hour. He was very knowledgeable about the products and services they provide. He said the colour would last at least 10 days. It's been weeks now and my nails are still perfect. Will be back. 👍
