Story

We bake like your grandma bakes! All our items are baked from scratch, including our doughnuts! We want you to have a great experience from the drive thru to our lobby, to your table. Come enjoy a coffee, espresso, muffin, cinnamon roll, pie, cheesecake, ice cream, or smoothie and stay for the atmosphere, including our outdoor screened in patio.

A true, from scratch bakery and coffee shop! The bars are delicious, the cinnamon rolls are out of this world and I just ordered a blueberry bagel for the first time and my life has changed for the better! I’ve enjoyed becoming a patron of this establishment & I get a kick out of watching their children assist with customers. A favorite place for me and my family!
Beautiful, family-run, wholesome, and friendly. Offers a wide variety of delicious pastries and beverages, including. gluten-free options. The gluten free cakes are the best we've found around Dane and neighboring counties. Prices are quite reasonable. This is our new favorite bakery and coffee shop.
Absolutely love the food here. Known the owners for a long time and love the fact that they are teaching their kids how to run a business. Food is delicious and made from scratch everyday. Love the religious items as well due to being raised religious. The bad reviews are just people being stupid
The mixing bowl is a cute little bakery! With delicious goodies.nYes it is a little awkward when your eating your goodies, and their whole family is eating their breakfast at the next table, but I got over it. Customer service was ok, they mostly have their kids and teens doing the serving, so it's not perfect, but nobody is perfect, it's a learning experience. Would recommend
This is a great local bakery with an old fashioned vibe. Owner is very friendlynThey even have different kinds of fresh baked quiche. My favorite. Definitely worth a stop
