The chocolate soft serve is incredibly delicious! Creamy and very chocolatey, it might be my new favourite!nnAnd the Belgian Salted Caramel Chocolate dip was mind blowing! It stayed soft the whole time instead of becoming hard wax! It was some of the best chocolate ever!nnEven the cone was yummy! It wasn't stale like most cones seem to be. It's absorbed the melty, chocolate ice cream and became even yummier!nnThe atmosphere was vibrant, the service was fast, the people were friendly, and there were plenty of picnic tables and seating areas!
Great place to bring kids. Has gazebo, picnic tables, parking, cute little pirate ship park and right beside the water.
My favourite restaurant in Haliburton county! Amazing family run business doing good for the community. Unreal chicken sandwich. Best beyond meat burger of my life. I am obsessed!
The Minden River Cone is always a destination when we visit Minden. The food is delicious and good quality. There is covered outdoor seating and a fantastic play structure for children.nIf you’re visiting Minden, definitely check out the River Cone, and if you’re able, look into the lazy river experience where you float along the gull river from the launch point and get out right by the River Cone.
I went through my phone and discovered some pics from my last visit at the River Cone. Can not remember for the life of me if I gave them a shout out at the time, so just in case: love your vegetarian Buddha bowl!!! Not too many fast food places have a great option for vegetarians or vegans, but you guys do a great job! Thanks! My pics aren’t special, but I hope it helps people notice you anyways nBTW there is lots of parking in the back! And the patron washroom is clean. The kids play things and Picknick tables are awesome. And I love that you guys had a tent set up for inclement weather too!nGreat ideas to keep people coming.
