Wow this place is impressive! Not cheap but definitely worth it. The best Mexican I have ever had. When our waitress Natasha told us all the chef's are Mexican I was both impressed and amazed.
Like most places in whistler, the food was expensive but the quantity didn’t really do the price justice. Nevertheless the food was still great, the tacos had juicy meat and fajita vegetables were cooked perfectly, with a good topping of cheese. They did however give us sour cream and guacamole which they proceeded to charge extra for.
The food was really good with plenty of vegan options as well. The servers were very friendly. The atmosphere was matching nicely with the Mexican cuisine. I'd definitely come back next time I'll be in Whistler.
The ambience and food was good. Our server Alex was very good. A bit pricey for Mexican food, but well worth it to celebrate my friend's birthday who was visiting. In the heart of Whistler village. Easy to walk to and back from our hotel.
Nice environment, food is great. Super busy after 6pm so it's better to arrive before that. Kids menu is not on the list. You can ask what they have. There was no colouring, juice or ice cream for kids. You shouldn't expect kids friendly thing.
Every year, my girlfriend and I come to Whister for a week stay. Yet one thing we always look forward to is the Mexican Corner. Not just coming here once during our stay, but twice! The food and drinks are authentic. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and people you look forward in seeing every time you visit. It isn't a proper vacation if you didn't at least try out the Mexican Corner Restaurant.I guarantee you, If you enjoy authentic mexican food and proper margaritas this is a place that need to be part of your itinerary when visiting whistler. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Mexican Corner for the wonderful time and the recognition of my girlfriend's birthday yesterday, we made it a point to come for dinner again tonight. See you at 5pm!
They accommodated our large group with a last minute reservation, and the service was wonderful. Both the blood orange, and the mango margaritas were delicious. The Three Amigos, and all of the tacos were so good, that I would drive to Whistler just to have more
Honestly not worth the money. The wait was incredibly long and it was not that busy. The food was mediocre at best and the pricing was atrocious. I fully anticipate having to spend a little more in Whistler but I would not recommend this place if asked. My boyfriend and I left disappointed at the experience. On top of it all, I received the most disgusting glass for my water. See picture attached. The only good thing I can say about this place is our waitress was amazing and was working very hard taking care of both the bar and the tables. The waitress later confirmed with me that the dishwasher was not working properly and some of the dishes were coming out dirty.
Gourmet style Mexican food in well decorated venue. Food quality was excellent. I had the Sopa de Tortilla and Blackened Ahi Tuna Tostada. Only complaint would be small portion sizes see pictures. Server was organized and on the ball. Restaurant was busy and moving food at a good pace for the guests. Very positive dining experience.
Service was great - the room was pretty crowded - bumping chairs with the table behind us. Food was decent - carnitas and barbacoa tacos were 'ok' other options we tried were good.
