We have been customers of Metro Tea for nearly 4 years and have nothing but praise for their products and their customer service. Our account manager John is always prompt and wonderful to deal with. My business is called Tea by the Sea in Carmel California. I used to use Metropolitan Tea as my one stop shop for all things. They have a good work ethic, a wonderful selection of High quality teas, and they are prompt. I also used to get all of my tea packaging needs filled through Metropolitan, but they’ve cut back on some of those items. Now I’m searching the Internet for other packaging ideas.
