Great local finding. Cute and retro shop offering homemade ice cream, milkshakes, sandwiches, and cakes. Some vegan and gluten free options. Some creative and seasonal flavours. Although there can be a long line of warm days, it is definitely worth the wait. Love that they offer pint options to take home. The service seemed a little overwhelmed the day we went and could have been a little more attentive. I highly recommend the detour.
The girls working there were super sweet and nice! The gingerbread cone is delicious, I had my chihuahua in my coat because it was -15 outside and the owner asked if that was a dog in my coat and me staying the obvious said yes lol … then when I left she came running outside when I was leaving and told me I couldn’t bring my dog if I was to ever come back …after I was already leaving. Ice cream is great, the girls were great, the owner was rude.

One of my favorite ice cream spots in Ottawa with a wide selection of regular and unique flavors. Such a great price for single and double scoops.nnLots of seating outside on a hot day with the soft serve truck outside in the back
Nice treat on a hot summer afternoon! The servers are very friendly and the ice cream is really good! I had the cookies and cream and strawberry scoops in a house made waffle cone! The fact that’s it’s nut free is so nice to have for an ice cream place! They also have options for vegans. They also label which ice creams are soy free or gluten free, but due to their close proximity, if the allergen/intolerance is severe, I’m not sure how much cross contamination is there.nnMy only complaint would be that it’d be nice to have more seating outside with shade.
