We went to their new location and got ice cream sandwiches. As someone who can only have non dairy ice cream this place has so many delicious options. Sandwiches were huge and their ginger cider was tasty. Also their new location is way bigger and great location.
New location - spacious, airy, well laid out. Delicious vegan scallion wrap wrap filled w fried tofu w savory toppings. Matcha latte on point and available unsweetened. Of course the ice cream is delish too!! I'm glad they are in the neighbourhood.
This is a unique ice cream shop with a nice vibe. You'll probably smell their waffle cones as you walk in - so good! Their ice cream is tasty but keep in mind that some of their flavours are not for everyone. But I'm sure everyone can find the flavours they like. They had a very good selection of vegan flavours! The place is very small, so, no seating. They support other business endeavours too, which is a nice little surprise, while you wait in line
Very eclectic flavours and fun options at this asian fusion ice cream shop! My favourite scoops were the Vietnamese Coffee and Pink Pony Club! Some scoops will be more likeable than others depending on your taste. Unfortunately they do not allow tastings and their portion sizes are just okay. The waffle cone was more porous and reminiscent of an Asian sesame cracker so we understood what they were going for but it could be more robust to better support the ice cream and prevent it from seeping through.
Although the ice cream is pretty good, I haven't yet tried a flavor that is worth writing home about. However, I quite enjoy their savory menu of scallion pancakes and scones. Hope they will continue develop and offer more lunchtime items. The matcha latte is also very nice; good flavor, no clumping, and can customize sweetness level! Service is always friendly. Modern and spacious atmosphere. I appreciate the plates, but since a lot of the food/drinks still comes in the to-go format, so it would be nice to see them develop a proper compost/recycling/garbage system for waste management. It seems like everything is going to garbage right now.
