My favourite herbal dispensary. Good prices, good covid rules, and knowledgeable staff

Great location, fast service - usually a line up, but moves quickly. Staff are friendly - don't confuse short and speedy for rude..... I'm fully in support of short transactional customer service when l I just want to pick, pay and leave.... Location could benefit from pure pull cartridges, hope the location carries them soon.

This place used to be okay, and it even got better during the pandemic with their convenient outdoor pickup system. But they completely fell apart in November. Order mixups, severe staffing issues, sudden changes to how pickups work. If you’re looking for a new dispensary, avoid this one until they get their house in order.

I have been buying extract for pain relief and insomnia. IMHO this is the best place in Vancouver for medicine. They have excellent products and good prices. I wish they accepted credit cards. I would be willing to pay for the credit card fees.

5 stars! The best consistent cannabis products in Vancouver! My first stop on all trips to Vancouver. The staff are ALWAYS so polite and curteous- i never felt uncomfortable. Thank you for still offering your great product and service despite the covid19 restrictions. You guys are awesome!
