I have dealt with this company for years. They were alway great. However since Dr Schoiket left it has gone down hill. I tried to re book a yearly apt got booked for last week. They cancelled and re booked for today. I tried to book 15 times before I actually got the apt. I asked for the links and how to pay like normal and they said they would email the links. Never ever seen them. Told them 25 times I needed the links or a call or something. Nothing no call no apt today. I am going to lose my license and they do not give one f$&k no are given. Horrible people running that place and Dr Schoiket needs to come back out of retirement as the place apparently can not run with out him. Not happy at all : I tried to post a no star but it would not let me :

I feel fortunate to have been connected with your company and it's services. Overall my experience has been outstanding. Anytime I've had questions I have always received a polite quick response. The Dr I saw was both compassionate and knowledgeable about medical cannabis. I was hesitant to take the first step but you really have nothing to lose.
Seriously, take your business elsewhere! This is THE most frustrating company to deal with. Everything from taking a month to reply to email inquiries to not returning phone calls when promised. As a consumer, I’m surprised they are in business at all. I will be finding another prescription provider. Tired of the constant unprofessional service. I’d give them a zero star if possible
very professional and compassionate staff. Ready to assist at any given time i called. staff is very knowledgeable on supply companies and laws pertaining to medical marijuana. Would recommend to any people needing a company that cares about their clients well being!!!
Called in about two weeks ago, staff told me they use a new program now but I wasn’t a patient before so I didn’t see the difference. They took my basic info and sent me a questionnaire. It was a little lengthy but not too bad, took me around 10 minutes. I was called within a few days to book an appointment and had my stuff sent off after that. Does the trick!
This place helped me amazingly with everything I need to do to be proper prescribed they set me up with doctors and everything staff is nice. Thank you for being so helpful and making the process smooth.

Couldn't have found a better way to renew my Medical Cannabis. They helped me find a local doctor and have been super professional and prompt with responding. Thanks everyone at MCRCI!
