The Maids

I am a property manager/own and over the years I have used many cleaning services. This is by far the BEST. The team comes in with 5 People and clean the apartment from TOP to BOTTOM. They may be a little pricey but I'd rather pay a little more and have a clean product when they are gone.

We hired The Maids to do a move out cleaning. The phone staff was friendly and knowledgable and the quoted prices were fair. The move out clean was supposed to include cleaning of kitchen cabinets and refrigerator, but when my husband saw that the cleaners didn't do it, they told him it wasn't on their paperwork. He cleaned them (not wanting to pay extra). I found out and called the company. They refused to discount the work and only offered to re-clean what my husband had already done. I was shocked--but it's clear that building a new customer base isn't their priority. Don't mistake polite phone reps for integrity is the moral to this story, I guess.

We really appreciate the Green Team and all the exceptional work they have done for us. The kitchen always looks so great when they're done we don't even want to cook there anymore and mess it up again!

Communication skills were excellent, cleaning skills as well. Had another service for 25 years and not once were they as thorough as this team.
