I hired Maids two times. First time was about one year ago. At that time, the cleaning job was satisfactory. So I hired them again a few months ago for moving out condo cleaning. This time, not only the house cleaning was poor quality, but also all four gas stove control knobs in the condo were missing. We requested the Maids manager to check it out the condo to see if she was satisfied of the cleaning job. After inspecting it, she replied "sorry, the poor cleaning job performed was due to the time when the cleaning was done, which was later afternoon and poor lighting prevented certain areas from being seen well. Regarding the missing gas stove control knob, I never got the answer. So, I had to order the replacement, which cost almost one hundred dollar.

Called several companies for an estimate. Gave each the exact same information and asked each the same questions. The representative from The Maids couldn't even answer the basic question about why I should choose their service over the others. He also couldn't answer why his quote was $100 more per bi-weekly visit than any of the other companies. If this is the training they give their reps that recruit business I have no faith in the training of their maids. They also won't stop emailing me asking for my business. I have told them no too many times to count but the emails still keep coming. This site also doesn't have an option for zero stars so by default I have to give 1.

This ladies spend time pretending to deep clean a place only to rush out at the end doing a poor cleaning to the floors (which always are cleaned last) Don't even think hiring hourly. I feel robbed of 500 usd that I had to pay for my move in cleaning. One lady kept cleaning the kitchen cabinets which I told not to do 2 times but she doesn't speak English. My floor was not done properly barely wiped. After 3.5 hours i ask them to wrap it up but my toilet and bedrooms were not even done. Called for a re-clean so at least they do the toilets which are basic in any kind of cleaning?? The manager didint agree that the job was lacking. I will never use this service again and I will advise against using them to all my contacts.

I wish I could rate them with zero stars. I will never think about using this service again. Promised it would be cleaned the way I would if I could. They were supposed to deep clean and they charged $512.00. It was horrible. I was moving into a new house and they didn't even clean out cupboards. One girl spent all her time on the oven which is self cleaning. Until I told her to stop after 2 hours. Never wiped out bathroom cupboards. Then they wouldn't even consider standing by the promise. Unbelievable. Bad, bad service. Don't use them. They talk a big game and then say they would like to make it right but it is just to look good and a big fat lie.

Huge rip off that cost me $315 for 2 hrs of nothing. I asked to take the pile of fresh clothes piled on the bed to be hung in my closet instead 4 people spent a hour folding them and putting them back in the laundry basket instead of what I asked. So now I payed $160 for a laundry basket of clean folded clothes I washed before they showed up, Mind you this is 4 people. Second hour they straightened up the house but no deep cleaning was done. In fact they said to my girlfriend I didn't tell them to hang the cloths but to fold them so that first hour was wasted on doing literally nothing. Second, I have a room where I keep some firearms and told them to avoid it entirely to later find out one of the people talking about how I have guns to there coworker. I'm reactivating my burglar alarm.
