Modernistic Cleaning & Restoration

Today I had my furnace ducts cleaned by modernistic Furnace Cleaning and duct cleaning. They did a fantastic job. They were very courteous cleaned up after themselves and really worked hard to get all the dirt and dust that had not been cleaned in over 30 years. I would highly recommend this company when it comes to duct cleaning no gimmicks they don't mess around with your furnace except clean it. You will be thoroughly satisfied when calling please ask for Chad and Andre both very hard-working young men thank you.

I have used modernistic several times to clean my carpet. They have gotten out many stains, which is great. I am always impressed with the technicians, since they are very professional, friendly, and communicate very well. Will continue to use them in the future and highly recommend!

Mike and his partner were very polite and professional. They were on time and quick. The carpet looks great and feels so much softer than before. My only complaint is that I had a dresser and small couch table that I wanted them to clean under and they did not. I made sure they were clear of items on top and vacuumed underneath. They never asked if I wanted it done, and just did not do it. Had I realized before they left, I would have asked them. I just assumed that paying for the whole room meant they would have done it. The website says they will move furniture. Disappointed it wasn’t taken care of.

Cedric called and told me what time he would be here. He came in a timely manner, and was so polite. He moved things that I asked him to. He had me examine the carpet to see if he had missed anything. Explained everything to me. I would ask for him again. Very nice man, and a great cleaner.

I decided to wait one week before writing this review because I had my air ducts cleaned and wanted to see if it made a difference in the dust in my house. I am absolutely amazed at the results! The techs were very professional and courteous and took their time making sure to do an outstanding job. I would recommend Modernistic to anybody!
