Awesome brunch spot. The pastries are made in-house and some of the best I’ve ever had which is saying a lot. The matcha cinnamon bun melts in your mouth. The bottomless drip coffee is a bit spendy at $4.50 but so smooth and I got plenty of refills. We tried the Braised Bison Hash, Rye Crepes, and a daily special of duck omelette. I highly recommend all of them. The crepes are definitely a sweeter option but so good. Plenty of seating space and big windows. There were a few people working on laptops while we were there. There was no wait for us on a Saturday morning around 11am. They do add a 5% service charge to the check that is not gratuity. Can’t wait to come back.
Lovely spot for breakfast and brunch. The interior design allows for it to get pretty loud when there are multiple groups talking. Pur food was amazing and our specialty coffee drinks were very good too. Can't wait to come back and try more great menu options.Food: 5/5
this sunny cafe is spacious and warm. 10/10 in all regards - quality coffee see my cortado , delicious food pictured here is the squash soup - creamy fall, the halloumi sandwich and fries - they make their own ketchup and hot sauce and WOW it’s good, and kind service. Would be a great place to work/study too. Nothing but good things to say
Fantastic menu. Incredible service. Delicious everything!! Amazing service. How did I not know about this place before? A new weekend stop for sure. Can't wait to go back. Don't miss the banana bread pastry.
This restaurant was pretty good. It's cute, but not what I would call cozy with the high ceilings and large room. Cranberry tea late was pretty good, not what I ordered, but tasty and warm on a cold day. The omelet was also pretty good, even if served a little tepid. Lots of mushrooms and good flavor. Shakshouka was good with a lot of flavor and I liked the chickpea fries. Staff were all nice Their hidden 5% 'gratuity to the house' is a little off-putting. I know restaurants are struggling, but I'd rather they be up front with prices. It's presented like they have to charge like a tax, but the law they refer to is just that they have to tell you when they add cost that WONT go to the service staff. I think a lot of people with subtract 5% from the tip, which is unfair to their servers.
Beautiful space, excellent brunch, amazing staff. The Orange Hazelnut Toffee Latte was enjoyed by more than one in our group, and we all loved it! The flavors were all present but not not too sweet. Other dishes we enjoyed were the French Toast, Shakshuka, Winter Vegetable Hash, and The Classic Eggs Benny.
Lynhall is a great gem in the uptown neighborhood. Their food is excellent and the ambiance is lovely too. It’s big and spacious enough for families with strollers. There is a small section of outdoor seating too on Lyndale if you want to bring your dog. The pistachio croissant is the best I’ve ever had!
Lovely atmosphere. Bright and airy. Attentive staff, incredible bakery menu. Food was delicious, and I’m going to have to come back like 6 more times to try everything that sounds good. And that’s just the brunch menu!Recommended dishesBakery, Shakshuka
If you have one place to go brunch in Minneapolis, this is it. The farmhouse décor is just so wonderful. The selection of pastries was very large and the flavours were incredible. The pistachio almond croissant was so good. The breakfasts were just wow: i took a brunch special with benedict, coffee, mimosa and a pastry. You do not have to choose, you can have it all. The waitress was adorable. Take the bus from downtown and GO!
The food was genuinely delicious and the atmosphere very bright and refreshing. Service was nice but very slow. It took almost an hr for us to get food. Our server was very apologetic about it and I just hope it was due to staff shortage on the day and not the norm. The pastry was extra delicious so try them.
