The Living Seed is a vital community resource offering high quality Yoga classes in its warm, welcoming environment for over sixteen years. Our dedicated, highly experienced team of teachers bring integrity, compassion and intelligent sequencing to their classes. The Living Seed is a vibrant community that also offers Meditation, Martial Arts, Dance, Children Classes, Somatic Movement, Massage and Community Events.

The Living Seed's diverse class schedule includes Beginners Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Kundalini Yoga; Meditation classes; Martial Arts: I-Liq Chuan, an internal Chinese Kung Fu system based on the principles of Zen and Tai Chi and Qigong

Massage, Hanna Somatic Education, Polarity, Thai yoga massage and private Yoga sessions by appointment. Call to book a session to indulge in our cedar sauna, perfect for cleansing and rejuvenating body and mind.
