I did the cake decorating class with my 11 yr old niece and we both loved it. Lee is a patient teacher and takes the time to answer all questions. The class goes by too quickly especially when you're having fun.
Lovely place for short baking lessons! Love the vibe and Jess is a wonderful hostess. She has the know-how and explains it all! You won't regret it!
Amazing class for brownies and chocolat donut ! Jessica is so lovely and passionated about pastry. She will show how easy it could be. We did the brownies recipe the next night and they taste the same oowey goowey ! The best ever . Coming back for more classes.
My 13-year-old daughter took the Macarons class and came back home so excited... and with delicious samples! I quote her: "I loved it! Best science class ever!" She's happy, so I'm happy!!!
Was visiting Montreal and we had an amazing macaron baking class with Claudia! She was excellent, gave us great tips/techniques and it was a fun girls afternoon. I made some at home this weekend, total success! Highly recommend!
I attended two classes with Jess at The Lincoln Apartment Bakery while I was in Montreal and I had the most amazing time! I learned a bunch of tips and tricks to improve my baking and decorating skills that I wouldn't have known otherwise. I highly recommend checking out a class, they're intimate, cozy, and a really fun time!
I took the macaroons class and it was awesome, so informative and hands on. Jess is also very helpful! Highly recommend this class.
