Caribbean and Fusion Kitchen
The Limin’ Coconut isn’t your traditional catering business by any means. We specialize in West Indian cuisine on top of creating fusion dishes from inspirations of the Caribbean. Since our opening in June 2015, we’ve become the fastest growing Caribbean catering business in Hamilton providing authentic flavours and taste straight outta Trinidad & Tobago with influences from the other islands close-by.
On top of that, we provide a variety of substitutes for those with dietary and health restrictions including many vegan options and gluten-free substitutes. We ensure that our products and menu is of top-quality and we craft our dishes with locally-sourced fresh ingredients. We also take pride in providing the best quality customer service. Our rotis are fresh and made-to-order.
To further connect to our local community, The Limin’ Coconut works with community organization in ensuring that students have healthy lunches and snacks as well as feeding the needy in the area.
