I booked a couples massage and two pedicures for my husband and I while we were on our honeymoon. Although the staff was friendly, our services were below par. My husband's massage was good, but I did not have a good experience with my massage. The person who did my massage did not increase pressure when I told her to, so the whole massage was a gentle rub down basically. It was like she didn't have the strength or wasn't trained appropriately. In addition, her nails were very long and dug into me the entire time. For our pedicure, our nails were not cut straight across, which made the experience painful. They cut the nail by going in from the edge with the clippers, getting very close to the quick of the nail. Again, it seemed like a lack of training and lack of proper nail care. Given the cost and general disappointment with our experience, we would not recommend.

Our first couples massage was made truly memorable by the two masseuses who were very courteous, welcoming and provided a massage to relieve stress. We would love to visit them next time again.

The facility has a policy stating that if you show up late for any reason, you will not receive the full time for service. We were late due to a traffic accident. We called twice and were never told of this policy. When we booked we were not told. Only time we were informed of the policy is when we did not receive a our full massage time. Talked to manager who really does not understand defination of " service recovery" or customer service. I would suggest not going to this spa. Too bad, staff was extremely nice and professional. It is the policy and administrators that will ruin your experience.
