I needed my hot tub repaired, sent pics and explained, though recessed in my deck, was fully accessible- Jessica stopped responding, despite asking if they could handle it. Don’t waste your time!

I've been waiting for months for someone to get back to me from Star Spa. Numerous messages have been left with no return calls. I would never recommend doing business with Star Spa. They worst company I have ever dealt with.

Both Kyle and Jessica were a pleasure to work with. Kyle diagnosed the issue and remediated it promptly and professionally, they are a family owned business and take pride in their work. I have used other spa services before and Star Spa is by far your best choice.

RUDEST STAFF IN THE WORLD!!! I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!! ZERO STARS IF ICOULD!!
