Jennifer was excellent in explaining everything that she was doing lash lift and tint, brow shaping and tint in a soft, comfortable voice. I asked for advice and appreciated that she did not try to upsell me at all. She was also very accommodating of my wishes around masking. And, I am delighted with the results Jennifer achieved with my short lashes and invisible brows. I cannot recommend BB more highly.
