I have been dinning here for years. The food is good. A while back, I reserved a table for dinner on New Year's Eve at 5:45 pm. Today, the day before New Year's Eve, my reservation was cancelled by the restaurant. They cited a computer error that made more spots available than they had. I find this explanation odd, as when I was booking, there were only a handful of times available, hence the early booking. So now we are left with nowhere to go for New Year's Eve dinner. Definitely will not be returning and do not recommend!

Usually a great experience but not today! Staff was friendly but we ordered a pitcher of red sangria and it came without any fruit in it. (Also arrived the same time as the food did, not before like usual.) We told our waiter about the issue and he informed the manager. The manager then came over with a plate of a little bit of fruit on it but it was the fruit for the white sangria. The manager then proceeded to try & dump the fruit into the pitcher but it would not come off the plate. He used our cutlery from the table to scrape it off. Not professional at all. The pitcher should have been taken away & made correctly. We thought they might have offered some kind of discount as this was not the only issue that occurred but when we got the bill, they charged us for things we did not order or get!

Our waiter made the experience amazing. Took care of us like we were royalty. Food was also amazing as per usual.

Usually have a great time at the keg but the service was less than satisfactory. The server (Ado) was very slow and I feel because I wasn't dressed up he judged me. Never judge a book by it's cover 😉 the lobster tails were soggy and our drinks didn't arrive until the end of our meals. I had to ask the manager for our complimentary bread. Etc... Etc... I'm done complaining for 1 night. Will try to avoid this location in the future as I frequent keg restaurants.

Great staff and manger. Service was excellent, highly recommended, great food and well prepared stakes. Excellent 👍
