Not surprised someone found a long hair in food ... why does mgmt not insist that the servers hair be pulled back. They are a restaurant .... preparing & serving food. Long hair is more pleasing to the male eye? Guess it goes hand in hand with the 'black dress' code for the females? When, I get a steak cooked my way it is delicious. Only time to order a fresh baked potato, as opposed to one sitting in the oven for too long is early evening between 5 & 6 pm. Why not use m/w so they will always be fresh. Love billy miner dessert. Find the some of the servers .....not sincere when being friendly.

Great location, great food, great service. The steaks are always cooked the way you want. I'd rate 5 stars but the prices seemed to be high for what you get. I wouldn't normally eat at a restaurant of this caliber but I had a gift card. Dude ended up with a $25 tip! Anyways, good spot.

Had a wonderful anniversary dinner The service ran a little late as they were very busy, so the server told her manager and they paid for a round of drinks for us! They also gave us a free dessert for our anniversary. Great service and a great meal. We will be back for sure. Thank you for a lovely night out.

The best steak in town (Atleast for what I have had). The variety of cuts is tremendous and expected for a premium Steakhouse. Don't expect to have a meal for 2 for less then 80$(Don't skimp the tip, it's well deserved) but the quality of food and level of service makes this a favorite for a finer night of dining downtown.

The Keg is lovely. The service is excellent and prompt and I always find the food to be madr fresh. My favourite appetizer is the baked brie, and I always get the Keg burger with fries. It is currently my favourite burger in the city. I had the lobster and crab dip as well which was excellent. Overall the food and service at the Keg has always been consistent and I would definitely suggest it. You can get cheaper options from ordering from their appetizer menu or ordering from their casual menu. Also I would go there for a early supper/late lunch to avoid crowds. Especially on weekends.
