Good brunch spot, can't go wrong at all with the all you can eat waffles. The blueberry ones are the best and most flavorful. The blueberry scone with jam and Devonshire cream is literally one of the best things I've ever eaten probably in my life. Personally, I always have a 5 star experience.
My partner however had a lot of eggs Benedict's and he says that despite the rave reviews, the Benny's are actually a little mediocre.
Overall this is a great local place to visit and eat as many waffles as you possibly can!!

We checked out the store before stting for our lunch. So much to see. Fabulous tea pot collection. Lots of jam and so much more. Food is very good. Excellent service.

Service and food was great. We arrived at 830 Saturday morning and unlike past experience, we were seated right away. It appeared they were down a kitchen staff member resulting in the food being unusually long to get to the table. For the 8 of us, it was all hot and made per our request.
Access and egress to and from the parking lot can be challenging due to the restaurant being located right off busy highway 97. It's even worse if you are going north after your meal.
Well worth visiting for a really good meal.

Be forewarned this restaurant dies not take reservations and is extremely popular, be prepared for a minimum 45 minute wait.
The blueberry waffles were awesome as well as the hash browns. Waffles were obviously homemade.
We had asked for my child's food to be brought out when it was ready due to the long wait to be seated, however it was not. Quite crowded and noisy. They will not give you water while you wait but advise you to buy from the jam store.
Prices are very reasonable and the food was tasty hence the high rating despite the kitchen not being able to keep up.

This review is strictly for the food / restaurant side. Excluding the gift shop, ice cream shop, and jam making kitchen.
We came in on Thanksgiving weekend on Monday, October 9, 2017. Estimated wait was 30 minutes and took 22 minutes to get seated. Upon placing our order, food was served 17 minutes following.
I ordered the Jammery Favourite which comes with 1/2 golden waffle, two eggs (over medium + extra egg), three bacon and oven roasted hash browns. Eggs came out over medium as expected slightly on the oily side, hash browns are really dry crispy on the outside, bacon is cooked to medium tenderness, and waffles plain with a bit of icing sugar sprinkled on top. Overall, a plain, oily, mediocre meal.
My partner ordered the Classic Benny (poached medium). Eggs came out poached hard and parts of the ham were charred black from the grill. Hollandaise sauce tasted similar to a store bought packet (soup-like, not creamy, nor rich).
Quite a few people we knew were boasting how great this restaurant was, so we expected a lot from the quality of food. It's a busy place with high traffic, so service was so so as expected. Quality of food is sub par and service is average. Prices are high for what you get (quality, not portion size). Not sure what the big deal was. There are better places in all of the Okanagan.
If you want to give honest reviews, don't go to restaurants hungry or starving.
There was plenty of parking out front and a rear overflow lot. The waiting area only had four sitting chairs. I suspect for the reason of having guests roam the gift shop and Jammery viewing window.
There was a great big field out back for kids to roam and play while waiting / eating.
