BEST of the BEST !! This restaurant is literally the best Indian restaurant I have ever been to. I went for the first time one month ago, and I have been going back at least once a week this then. The food is absolutely delicious! PERFECT! My Indian friend who just moved to Canada keeps telling me the food is at least as good as what you would enjoy in India, if not more. The value is very great, so affordable. The staff is fantastic, the lady is so friendly, helpful and professional.The room itself is very clean, nice and even quite fancy. I really love the atmosphere of this place. Anyway, I have been there 5 times already, had the same food sometimes very consistant and try some other items all great !! I can't praise this place enough! Please if you are craving tasty food, give this restaurant a try, you won't regret it. I especially loved their naans, the chilli paneer and Malai Kofta. PS : If you can't handle spice too much, like me, definitely make sure to ask for "mild". Thank You Indian Chef's Cuisine !! see you soon !!
Beautiful decor. Spacious banquette seating. Great ambiance. Delicious food. Friendly service. Definitely coming back. Chai tea perfect for a snowy day 10/10. Onion bhaji crispy 9/10. Lamb rogan josh tender 9/10. Aloo gobi 80% potato 7/10. Garlic naan fresh but not garlicky enough for my taste 7/10.
Tasty food, large portions. Polite and nice staff. Men's washroom was under construction. No cocktails or white wine was available from their menu. No IPA beer. I liked the lamb saag and chicken roghan josh, also a very good platter for starter.
Very authentic Indian restaurant with cordial staff. We ordered Garlic Naan, Palak Kofta and Malai Chicken Tikka which is served on a hot skillet. We ended with Gajerela or Carrot Halwa for dessert. All the items were delicious.
Amazing Indian food! Hands down the best I have had so far in Metro Vancouver. The portions are large and full of flavour and freshness. The restaurant space itself is also very nice and clean. I will be a returning customer for sure!
I was here last week and I don’t understand why they have good rating? My friends and I ordered butter chicken, bbq mix grill and chole. The chicken was super dry and the other two were Okok not the greatest. You can find better ones in surrey. The service was also ok. They didn’t have chai or coffee around the time we dined in.
Oh my gosh - amazing food! The lamb was delicious, as was the coconut rice and coconut curry. The service was also 12/10. Polite, fast, and friendly. Can’t wait to come back!
The butter chicken was great, the staff are friendly but the service was a bit slow, I am not sure about the name for the naan with cheese but it was great. Everything was fresh.
One of the best Indian cuisine restaurant in Vancouver area. They have modified the Indian food for the broader acceptance without killing the flavours. The staff is courteous and prompt. Place is clean, setup is bright and cosy. You can park car roadside. I tried non-veg platter which comes with multiple appetizers like Fish Tikka, Chicken Tandoori, Chicken Tikka, Prawns Tandoori. The taste of each of the dish in it was fantastic and close to what you get in India. Their goat Biryani was flavourful and not too spicy. The Garlic Naan was the best I had anywhere in Vancouver. Prawn masala was bit sweet but still good.
The 4 of us had a very enjoyable experience. There were a wide range of choices so I think you could find almost anything you could think of the menu. We ordered a variety of items and gave our preference to the spiciness of the dishes. Everything was delicious. The restaurant is quite spacious with nice quiet peaceful music in the background. We were able to hear each other which due to the spaciousness and high ceiling. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable & helpful to answer any questions on the menu. All In all a very nice experience.
