First Time Going Here. The Service Was Top-notch. The Food Was Even Better. They Accommodated Our 3 Year Old With A High Chair, They Asked Us. Much Appreciated! Food Arrived Very Quick And Was Cooked To Perfection. Easily A 10/10. The Atmosphere Was Exactly What You'd Expect From A Restaurant Named "Homestead". Deer Hanging On The Wall Was A Great Thing To See And My Daughter Very Much Enjoyed Seeing It All Dressed Up! The Prices Were On The Lower End Of Restaurants With The Same Dishes. Their Sides Are Cheaper Than Most Places As Well. If You Are On The Fence About Going Here, Just Go, You Won't Regret It Kid-friendliness: Prompted Us For A High Chair. Parking: Lots Of Places To Park Even Though They Were Busy.
Very cozy and friendly restaurant. The staff seems to be very well organized and friendly. I ordered the meatloaf special at a reasonable price. Sorry to say but I didn't make the right choice for me. Tomatoes sauce covering the meatloaf was to much, it was too juicy and it's over powering the taste of the meatloaf itself. Didn't like their choice of vegetables either, I think it was turnup and carrots mashed together. Although it certainly was a good size portion and it looked phenomenal. I've read the reviews for here and there is a lot of positive reviews. I will absolutely make another trip there and try a different meal, maybe a turkey dinner. The pastry there looked fantastic, I'm definitely have to try that as well. Not to sure on the closing time but I think its closes at 7 Not 8:30pm as it says on the book. You may want to call if having a late dinner

I feel it’s Quite a hot spot for lunch among local people. We went there for lunch and the parking was 95% full. You need to order and try their peanut butter pie I would suggest to share with your friends, it’s a massive slice for one person
This was my first time here and it was absolutely wonderful best hot turkey I've had in a long time and pumpkin pie was just the best our waitress was so kind as well I really hope I can come back next time I visit

Recently went for breakfast here for the first time. Everything was fabulous! I was with a table of 5 people and all of our meals came timely and correctly. Our server was great! Friendly and kept out coffee always topped up. Definitely will be back to try their delicious looking desserts.
Absolutely loved the place really felt cozy and the service was incredible ! They took a bit more time to make our lunch but they gave us a free dessert and only charged us half price for the meal ! The food was great 10 out 10 would recommend
Great homestyle cooking. I was excited to hear they have real home fries. I just had to give them a try. So much better than deep fried potatoes. I just wish they had their liquor license. Hehe.Food: 5/5
A great place really enjoyed breakfast had a special early morning breakfast with sausage was great throughly enjoyed, the staff polite and friendly the service was great and I was lucky had a nice view of the river. From price location it’s a perfect place for anytime of day will certainly return.
