The best place to buy home needs. Kitchen appliances, carpentry tools, seasonal decors, nursery, cleaning tools and liquids and what not . Staff all around the corner volunteering to help. The rates are pretty much affordable. I can definitely recommend this place for home needs. I have added Home Depot's Halloween collection in 2024.
Jan 29 At home depot north baynLooking at baseboard trim. We dealt with customer service and window area dept.nAccidentally locked my keys in car had to wait for CAA they said 2 hours. Many staff inquired to see if we needed help. Staff was amazing and manager Trevor was,very caring and concerned do not see this in many places anymore.
When we moved here last year and bought our new home I was a mom to two under two and a Home Depot frequent as I was doing small updates to our house painting, staining, lights etc. Often times employees at other stores would see me struggling to juggle the kids and the items I've puchased and not even offer help. Every single time I went to this particular Home Depot they always say hello and ask if you need help. They offer help without judgment to beginers and always had a solution for me for my projects never phased by my kids tagging along. The people at self check out always came right over to scan all my items for me and asked if I needed any help to the car. It was so refreshing! I also one time ordered a huge tool box on wheels and the box it came in was massive due to the odd shape of the item, the man who brought it to my suv was so kind and unphased as I moved groceries around so it would fit. They always thank you for your business, which is rare these days but makes a difference.
Ordered a dishwasher in December and thus far they delivered 2 clearly broken dishwasher! All smiles at the the front end but zero accountability to deliver a product that actually works. 2 Months and a lot of time wasted, and they could not care less.
Awful experience with delivery of appliances from Home Depot. To start, it is crazy that Home Depot charges $60 for delivery especially when our total appliance bill was $5,500+. Our delivery was scheduled for our move in date Friday 13th. We received an automated confirmation phone call and text that it would be delivered between 3:30pm & 7:30pm. After waiting around our delivery never showed up. When I called no one answered with no option to leave a voicemail.nnI went in to the store the next day to speak with someone directly. Krissy was very helpful but unfortunately was unable to do much as the moving company is closed all weekend and no management was available to assist. She was able to see our delivery was supposed to arrive on Friday afternoon.nnOn Monday I called the delivery company who was unsure why I didn’t receive a phone call telling my appliances wouldn’t be arriving Friday as they never received my appliances from the warehouse in time? Then they proceeded to tell me they don’t deliver to our location on Mondays or Tuesdays and we wouldn’t receive our appliances until Wednesday !!nnSo we moved into a house without any appliances. Lost food, paid extra for takeout and more food for our toddler, time waiting around for a delivery that never showed and then we had to find someone to come and wait around again today for a delivery to hopefully arrive.nnI returned to Home Depot Monday and again met with Krissy again very helpful and understanding who got in contact with management and asked that they call me.. once again they were unavailable in-store that day.nnI received a call after leaving the store not from a manager? who offered me a $100 gift card as a courtesy. I explained that $100 gift card barely covers the delivery fee which was a waste of money let alone the lost food, additional food purchased and overall horrible experience. After discussion with her supervisor I was offered a $400 gift card and accepted.nnLooking at other reviews from this delivery company negative one star reviews clearly Home Depot needs to step up and find a different delivery company.nnMaybe they need to take note from Leon’s who offers – FREE DELIVERY and they contract a very friendly helpful delivery company who delivered our couch and tv stand.nnThe only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the staff in home depot were very friendly and helpful. Otherwise my experience deserves 0 stars.
