I just want to thank the young man from the Electrical Dept. who helped me on May 21st, when I had an issue with a ceiling fan from Hampton Bay, having spent a couple hours on the phone to the US offices of Hampton Bay and then being transferred to Home Dept US. I finally gave up and decided to just go to the store where we had bought three of the same fan. He sorted out my issue with a smile and I was totally happy. You need more employees like this young man!
Horrible experience, recently went through Home Depot to purchase 11 custom windows, once shipping packaging was removed Window frames looked Used with scratches and black marks on majority. Look worse then the ones removed last pic shows the window they replaced some windows don’t open/closed correctly.
They don’t even deserve a one star rating! I ordered drywall to be delivered this weekend and when I asked for it to be delivered Friday, they said Saturday was the earliest they could do. I waited until afternoon with my crew and they told me that my delivery was scheduled for next Saturday. They are now blaming me and won’t do anything except refund me. I rented a drywall lift and they won’t come good for that. I’m out $110! Every time deal with these clowns, it’s a nightmare! I will go to Rona from now on!!!
We ordered a fridge online . Waited six weeks for it.nDelivery time between 1pm and 5pm.nDelivery guy shows up three hours early then just leaves town and leaves us to reschedule. Doesn't answer his phone.nService support does nothing but want to reschedule. Why give out a Delivery window if you let your drivers come and go as they please. Terrible service.
We just had an awesome experience here today and had tons of help from someone named Josh, they were so patient and understanding! I felt so bad I was being so indecisive however this individual never made me feel inconvenient and in fact helped out in any way he could. Definitely a positive experience and made me want to return, thanks again Josh!!
