I had such a great experience at Home Depot thanks to the amazing staff working there. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Charity, who truly went above and beyond for me. I had purchased an item I wasn’t very familiar with and quickly realized I needed to return it. Charity was incredibly gracious, patient, and helpful in finding the right item and assisting me through the return process without making me feel stressed or uncomfortable.nnAlso, a big shoutout to Jap at the return counter for being so quick, efficient, and pleasant to deal with. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I wish staff was more knowledgeable. Called last week and was told washers are installed for free. This week, employee put me on hold 3 times to get that info and told me its 134 dollars to install new one and take away old one. Onlinew it says delivery free and 0.01$ to haul away old one. Agree on the procedure and inform the staff plz.

I went to use self checkout. Lady rings my items up, but then asks if I want a bag. I said is it free? She said yes! I am absolutely estatic that a buisness has enough loyalty to their customers to offer a free bag after a major purchase. This place needs to be highlighted all across Regina because of this. Great service, great knowledge on locating items, good selection of tools. And guess what... I didn't even take a free bag. Thank you home depot for standing by your clients.nnRegards,nnNolan

Jasser in hardware was a perfect help today finding me a new Ryobi Drill/Impact set. Ran out of the one I needed and he hooked me up with a better set price matched to the one I originally wanted.

I could say a lot about this place. I've spent enough money here over many years, simply because it's often handy to where I live. They have a great selection of hot pepper seedlings in the spring; I hear maybe lemongrass seedlings next year? Lumber is still awkward, and if I can shop a Saskatchewan Co-op instead for lumber, I sure will! Pretty nice 1x4s though, I've gotta say. I once worked at a home depot, and so I love to ask their employees how they like the employee discount! Then we all  have a good laugh.
