Withdrew the funds for an electric water heater + installation on August 20th.... then, attempted to withdraw the funds from my credit card TWO MORE TIMES on September 2nd and September 7th. Things were slow to resolve until I got my bank involved. I had to get a new credit card, because you never know, these morons might try to take the money again. It would be cool if I could leave 0 stars
Great Service from Jeff!nnHad an issue with a wrong price tag on an item. Jeff quickly checked and gave me a discount to match the tagged price. Super helpful and friendly, with great customer service!
I was truly impressed upon entering the store. It’s a vast space with everything one might need for home construction and improvement. Prices seemed quite reasonable, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous. A great place for all your home project needs!
Visited Home Depot Regina and had a very unpleasant experience. Two South Asian males in civilian clothing with earphones repeatedly followed and watched me around the store, making me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Very disappointing and unprofessional environment.
You would have better luck finding the lost texts of the library of alexandria than you would finding an employee at this store. They're like cryptids, you see them out of the corner of your eye hiding from security cameras at the end of an aisle on their phone chatting to another employee but the moment they sense you are walking over to them to ask them to do their job and help you they dissappear like shinobi. While having such miserable customer service is an atrocious business model already, it could be forgiven if your website wasn't an afront to competent user interfaces everywhere. Look, i get it. You want to save money, but doing so at the detriment customers' experience will lead to you bleeding more money. If you're not gonna pay your employees enough to motivate them to do their job to some modicum of decent service at least hire more people to make it easier to hunt down someone to help you find what they need so yall can get paid.
