I received assistance from “Meet”.  He was very friendly and knowledgeable!  I have never got service like that before at any Home Depot ever!  He would make a great leader and the staff could take a lesson from him about being kind and approachable!  Hats off to a great employee!!!  Thank you Meet for the great experience!!!  We will be back!

While things can be a little pricier here than online, I find that the helpfulness from the staff makes up the difference! Generally has everything you might need, including some tech stuff I didn’t think they would.

If you’re looking for awful customer service just ask for Evelyn. We were trying to buy 6 doors on our lunch break when we were asked to move so they could bring a forklift down the aisle. I explained we only had so much time on our lunch break, she responded with “there’s a customer waiting” wait what! I am a customer who was buying six doors not one. Not impressed. This was the most ridiculous customer service I have ever seen. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

5 stars for the great service in the Rental Department. 3 stars for lumber quality. The pressure treated posts leave something to be desired. I feel like the lumber quality at this location is sub par at best. It was almost impossible to find posts that were any good when we visited. The area was a mess and less than ideal for looking through the pile. We actually couldn’t find enough good 4x4x8 or 10 foot posts and went elsewhere.
