Placed an order online for pick up. Received an email saying order was ready. Picked it up this afternoon and went to load it in my truck and Richard, who was rounding up carts, came right over and helped me load the order into my truck. He was very pleasant and overall it was an easy purchase on line and easy pick up and pack out at the store.
