I wanted a freezer and the staff that was there this past weekend was awesome to say the least. When they didn’t know I was directed to someone with the knowledge and this gentleman Thom was an amazing person. He did everything to help me and then to top it all off he just called me to find out if everything went well with my pick up yesterday. I sadly have not experienced such great after sales service in over a decade. Home Depot thank this gentleman for his service

My husband and I absolutely love this shop. They have everything for home and garden and nothing is too much trouble. We especially like their mostly bilingual staff especially the nice lady who works at the paint department desk. If the employee struggles with English they always find someone to assist. We also appreciate the English language being visible. This is not the case with their competition and a reason why we stick with Home Depot Greenfield Park for our needs.

The man at the dishwasher section today was extremely patient and helpful with our dishwasher purchase.nnRon who advised us for a BBQ machine and the compatible propane gas to go along was friendly and helpful without being intrusive.nnMost people working here seems happy and welcoming.nnWhat a joy to shop here.nThank you for these good people you have working in your store!

I was served on monday may 2024 by an employee Christopher in the wood cutting department and although he informed that they didn't cut moldings, he did it for me when I told him I would take full responsibility if there was a problem. He was very efficient, and got the job done. Very helpful employee in a stressful situation. Thank you Christopher, great job, well done.

I already liked Home Depot, because the products they sell are good quality, Staff are super approachable, and they have a really secure bike rack in a safe place that's a big one for me, but now I have another reason to love this store even more.nnLast week, I stopped here to pick up a fan and some garden supplies. While I was strapping the bags to my bike, I must have gotten distracted and dropped my wallet, and not noticed. I had no idea where I had lost it, so I spent Friday and all weekend turning my house upside down, searching the route I had taken my bike, making a police report - and I had stepped into the store to ask, but it had not been found there, and I forgot to leave my number.nnToday I thought 'I'm just going to ask one more time and leave my number', so went back to Home Depot and... They had found my purse! All contents were there Including my PR card, which is the one thing I was really worried about! and I am just so darn happy! Thankyou so much! You've saved my trip back to the UK in 3 weeks - I hadn't seen my family in 5 years, and I was about to cancel the trip, and it's all been saved thanks to the staff at Home Depot!! I am now a 100% dedicated customer for life! Thankyou so much guys!
