On Sunday, December 8, 2024, I went into the Hardware Department in a panic to find a specific size and type of bolt that was missing from the legs for a new table and chair set that my 91 year old father had just received and we had just removed from the box. I live in Ottawa and was only there for the day to assemble his table and chairs. It was crucial we could assemble the table that day or he wouldn't have a table to eat at. He had already given away his old table. Vishnu helped me look for the correct bolt. He was unbelievably helpful and very pleasant to speak with. He was also very understanding as to the panic I was in. He tried and tried to come up with an alternate solution because unfortunately he did not have the specific bolt I needed. He ended up referring me to Quebec Bolt in Candiac which unfortunately wasn't open on Sundays. He spent at least 30 minutes with me trying to help. It was not his fault that HD didn't have it. It was more of a specialty type bolt. HD Greenfield Park is very lucky to have such a dedicated, hardworking and friendly Associate! Thank you very much Vishnu!
