Just bought a fixer upper in Montville and this HD is 6 minutes away. We lived in 6 different towns over the years and this HD is by far the best. Friendly staff, very helpful, always a place to park, well organized/well stocked store.

I would give this one no stars it didn't even have the letter that the Waterford store said it had and a Waterford store so that had 17 this place makes me incredibly angry because I wasted fuel my time and my money to get up here to find what I was looking for and didn't find what I was looking for it seems like they don't know how to do inventory or control their inventory what about if I was on the job and I off this week and I needed a certain product if anybody goes to this Home Depot expect to be disappointed what about if somebody was on the job and they were here to make money and what about if they say that time is money. I don't know how much they actually look for the letter I think they should look harder for it the two stores Waterford in Montville should have been coordinated with each other instead of saying oh yeah we have it oh no we don't have it I am very angry about this place I'm very very very angry plus the fact I didn't get any rain check and they couldn't even order one

Looking at paint colors for15 minutes and not one person asked if I needed any help or said hi. This was early in the day around 10:30 am.
