Came in to pick up an order I did on line. Quick, easy and stress free. My grandson and my daughter his aunt were also with me. This was Saturday 9th November at around 430pm. A young worker came over as we were checking out some stuff my daughter had bought. She was telling us all about the workshops they run for children that she thought my grandson might enjoy. Then after talking some more she went on to tell us about holistic remedies from her culture that she thought might help his cough that he had. This young lady went above and beyond and I found what she was saying so helpful. It's rare in this day and age to have someone even willing to just chat with customers. She was an absolute gem and truly a credit to your staff. My one regret is I can't remember her name except that it began with a G.
Came to exchange a fridge that was gifted to us. Original helper was not helpful and abrasive, however Grashima stepped in and saved the day! Her attention to our needs, measurements, and price range were unmatched. We felt very satisfied with our services and would absolutely work with her again!
I went looking for painting supplies. They had a variety of everything, and there was help there right away to make sure I found what I needed in the right size, and even came to the cashier with me to make sure all was good. Thank you very much. The staff were very efficient and helpful. Good training.
Too many unknowledgable ppl working in this store. Most of the women working at this location have ZERO knowledge of what's going on in that store. I'm a woman so I'm not trying to be hateful. I asked one woman to help me find a simple item, and she ended up walking me around the ENTIRE store. Turns out she had no clue what i was even talking about, so I ditched her in one of the isles and found a rep a guy who understood the assignment.
I was told by a more seasoned team member at HD, shower sleeves chrome sleeves that go over the faucet extensions were only available at a plumbing specialty store. This after he looked at the old ones. Later after reinstalling the old crusty ones, online I found that exact home Depot had 12 of them in the aisle I was talking to their rep in. I had to pick up 2 different sizes as I didn't have the old ones with me anymore. Now I have to return the extra ones. Nothing like going to the Home Depot 3 times for the same thing.
