I recently visited the Rona in Cambridge to buy a BBQ gas grill and some interior lighting. During my visit, I was fortunate to meet Nifad, a flooring specialist who went above and beyond to help me out. He provided excellent support, guiding me through the product options and offering valuable advice. His knowledge and friendly assistance made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days. I highly recommend Rona in Cambridge for their fantastic service and knowledgeable staff. Kudos to Nifad and the team!
Went in looking for storage totes. In seconds Pepper who is an awesome guy helped me not only tell me where they where but took me to all different ones. Found exactly what I was looking online in-store thanks to him. Didn't have to walk around the store aimlessly looking for things.
I've gone here a handful of times and it's bearable or an absolute joke. Yesterday I stood at the paint counter waiting to have paint tinted for about 10 mins. I had 3 young kids with me too and there wasn't an employee in sight at 3:30pm. When we left, I spoke to the cashier at self checkout who was a male, maybe 25. He could barely speak English and knew very little about the way to paint department worked. Drive the 2 mins and go to Home Depot. I went there after and before I could even physically pick up a can of paint, a woman asked me if I needed help. I dropped 90 dollars on paint and stain and it went to the right place. Thanks HD.
Rona Cambridge location:nBathroom Vanity Dept.nI met Raymond this evening and it was wonderful to speak to him. He is full of knowledge and was very professional and honest. He explained everything to me about the vanity I was looking for and give me genuine advice. I was very impressed with Raymond this evening and will always travel from Kitchener to see him for my upcoming projects.nHappy Anniversary!!!
The worst place and the cheapest mindset. I had a couple of shelves that bought it a while ago and needed to be cut, so I took it to this cheap place and they told me that they can't cut them because this is not a charity center, and it happened just when I spend 3000 dollars on an appliance a week ago. Even with the appliance they delivered to me was defective and had to be exchanged and they don't even offered any compensation or even just saying sorry.....this is off my list. Also, most of the employees are being really fake when they offer you help...so please run away and save yourself
