The Highwood

The Highwood in SAIT is so wonderful! The food is amazing and the service is outstanding! From start to finish everything was done with such professionalism and great detail. Every course I had was delicious, the atmosphere inviting and the drink list superb. I'll definitely be back.

A group of 7 went here and man, was it delicious! The wine list was quite good and it was a joy watching the new generation of wait staff work their way through the learning process! Well worth doing. 100%

Great services and foods from SAIT's Culinary students. I have been there quite a few times, was never disappointed.

Well-priced 4-course dinner 49.50 and great service. The bison was delicious. They keep the same menu until closing in the summer and I would go back to try different things. Dietary restrictions seem to be well observed and indicated. As this is fine dining, expect to spend 2 hours there.

The Highwood is so spectacular. I don't really know how to express it. I can never organize myself to schedule a reservation for the brunch but when a friend does and I'm invited.... Jebus. So awesome.

The Highwood has such a spot in my heart. As a PCK and BPA alumni, I honestly love coming here. I love seeing who and what is to come with the next generation of cooks, pastry artists and front of house
