I've been meaning to do a review for these guys since my wedding on August 28th, 2021.  I almost want to give it a 1 star review to trick you into reading my 5 star review.  This place is a hidden gem for the Scottish community or "Half Bloods" like me. You go for a quick minute, but you stay for 30 minutes because of the conversation, customer service, and overall friendliness off the whole family business. We rented all our kilts, jackets, etc. there and a few friends rented too. I purchased all my tartan related material and jackets.  My groomsmen, my wife, and several friends can all agree that they helped make our wedding look as good as it did.  They treated us like family.

Absolutely beautiful Keith Jack  rings we purchased through the Highland Shoppe. Bill and Genie  expressed exceptional customer service towards my husband and I with very easy, friendly and smooth transactions for us. Answered all our questions and went over and above for us. I Would absolutely  % recommend these wonderful folks and and there wonderful store of stunning items.

Thank you so much.  The Jacket, vest and pin all arrived and fit perfectly to my eye. I want to express my gratitude for all you help and suggestions for changes when my first selected options weren’t available or would slow down delivery. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years. Bill & Jeanie are great ambassadors of the bagpipe community. I had my Ross bag split on Wednesday evening & called Bill for help. On Thursday, Bill took time from the busy shop to put on a new bag & ensure all was good as I had to play for the Calgary ANZAC Day Thursday evening. Thank you Bill & Jeanie you serve us well.

For some reason Google calls it a jewelery store.  Widely inaccurate.  They have bagpipes for beginners and experts, kilts custom made or generic rental, and yes some clan jewelry.  View from the front door is amazing.

Wonderful customer service and impressive selection. I've ordered products online and the delivery was very prompt. Had the pleasure of shopping in-store last week and Bill was incredibly helpful in finding just the right product to meet my piping needs. 100% will be back and recommend The Highland Shoppe to anyone looking for piping supplies or Highland attire.

Wow, what a great experience! Bill and Jeanie are amazing people. My fiance and I decided to have a last minute wedding and they worked their magic to make our order on time. Quick to respond and always pleasant to talk to. Everything we ordered is top quality. Being my Kilt/flashes/belt, my fiances sash, and our handfasting ribbon as well as a quaich. I was even pleasantly surprised to see the extra fabric was sent to us as well. I can't recommend this company enough. Thank you so much you two!

We were Scottish Jewelry newbies and weren’t 100% sure what we were looking for.  You listened to Barb’s needs and shared your insight in the products we were considering.  Your personal experience with the designers and the information you relayed were invaluable.  You were patient, but also extremely personable.  You both made us feel like a long time, valuable customers.  In fact, we noticed that you both provided that same friendly welcome to each customer who came in while we were there.  I am sure you see many clients like us.  However, the way you treated us and the stories you shared, made us feel like you were excited to relay your passion and knowledge.  The warm demeanor of you both, made it a very special experience.  We left Saturday feeling so pleased from such a wonderful visit.  We are  very happy with the purchases from your store.  Barb and I have already shared our great experience with some of our co-workers and we would highly recommend you to anyone looking to add a piece of Celtic to their lives. I always have a great experience when I go to the Highland Shoppe. Siblings Billy and Jeanie are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have fixed my bagpipes countless times and always in a timely manner. I've bought two kilts from their store and I wear them all the time.  They fit well and look lovely. Sometimes I just pop up there to visit and there's always a warm hello from the two of them and maybe a fellow piper to talk to as well as their store is always alive with customers and friends. I will continue to talk about the delightful experience of visiting their store to anyone who asks and bring friends and family their so that they can experience it for themselves.
