Just wow! Everything is fantastic from the ambiance to the food to the pairings to the host! Everything is perfect! Matt is a fantastic creative and passionate chef who's table I would eat at every night! Ingredients are fresh and prepared to perfection! I would highly recommend the Heather for an excellent fine dining experience!
We couldn't have enjoyed our dinner at The Heather any more than we did! Both the food and experience were truly one of a kind. We booked our dinner as a couple so had dinner with 4 other strangers but Matt had such an easy organic way about him that made the dinner comfortable, fun and enjoyable. Definitely will be back!
What an incredible place to eat. Chef Matt created such a great experience for myself and 5 of my close friends. Each dish was mouth watering, his drink pairings were perfect. From white claws to Heinz Ketchup with fries. Thanks again Chef. Cant wait to go back!
Easily the best dinning experience of my life, the food was the food delicious, the atmosphere is on point and the drink pairings worked perfectly.
