My wife and i stayed at the Peregrine Hotel in March 2023 and decided to check this restaurant out since it was conveniently located downstairs. We went to grab breakfast a couple of times and to the bar a couple of times. I highly recommend the pancakes, they are to die for. Everything from the food to the customer service was amazing all throughout the restaurant at all times of the day. Best of all that wasn't crowded. I highly recommend the pancakes, they are to die for! Best I've ever had.

I came for vegan brunch on the weekend, the food was incredible, the ambiance is stunning the service was great! Maria was our server she did an amazing job!!! Just kind and patient with us and very attentive to us. Food was perfect

I went to have dinner here, being that I was exhausted and didn’t want to go far. Beside the place being incredible. The atmosphere was that too. Dominick was my server—he was alone. Fairly quiet but very friendly. He helped me decide on the flat bread. Let me say, it was absolutely, delicious! I added some chicken wings and they were perfect: lightly crispy on the outside, moist and full of labor with a dash of perfect spice. My drink was delicious, as well. When in town, I will definitely be back.

Nice bar with variety of liquors. Bread pudding was decent. We did not eat any main dishes.Food: 4/5

We are staying at this lovely hotel and decided to get coffee at Habitat downstairs. Once we saw the menu we had to order breakfast. The menu had choices with interesting twists, like eggs Benedict with elk sausage. The food was good and made well, but it was the stellar service of Maria B, our server that took the experience above and beyond. She was very attentive, kind and her service was that of a five star establishment. Thanks Maria, for a positive start to our day!

Great bar service, friendly staff and a solid menu with delicious offerings. I popped in after the breakfast service to just relax in the lobby and Maria made me feel right at home. Thanks for going the extra step while providing excellent customer service and hospitality.

I visited Omaha for a USCIS appointment. And just nearby was this hotel called 'the Peregrine'. I stopped by to have a drink and was amazed by the stunning falcon nest design on the ceiling in the lobby. So amazing. Not forgetting the falcon masks displayed on the walls at the bar. I loved it so much. Wish to visit again.

What a disappointment. The food was stock and WAY OVERPRICED. No wonder we were the only ones there. The server was really sweet.

Hate to write this. First off loyal HH member here, huge fan of the Hilton Brand and was very excited for the new Curio addition and was looking forward to the Dining experience! Called in several times this week to confim a 10 top at 6:15pm tonight. Even spoke to the restaurant manager "Ricky "...Showed up...seated ourselves and wasnt even acknowledged for 15 minutes. We saw a single server being ran ragged during a dinner rush. Fast forward to 8pm food started arriving to the table. You read that right 8pm. One of our party didnt even get her food till almost 9pm. I had the Ny strip it was covered in a horrible glaze lacked much seasoning and was a real disappointment. Obviously it was rushed. I was Hungry so I pushed it in and waited for the check . Check eventually arrived I paid, left, and apologized to my friends for recommending the place. I don't blame the server she was set up to fail ,so I tipped her well and didn't complain about the food or experience but I left feeling like I threw my money and my loyalties in the trash. Shame on the front of the house management.
