I just discovered this place about a month ago, and I’ve already been back 3 times. I love that there are vegan/vegetarian options!! My favourite menu item is the sushi bowl, can’t go wrong with that one because the dressing and all the ingredients are so fresh and so good!!! I have a lot tried their little protein bites at the front cash and those are good too. Will definitely be a repeat customer from now on.

The bowls here are UNREAL. I’ve tried three different bowls now the falafel one was my favourite and they’ve all been amazing. Considering how delicious and filling it is, it’s totally worth the price to me :

I had the pleasure of trying one of their bowls today. It was absolutely delicious. The flavour was amazing and the veggies and rice were fresh and cooked to perfection. The owner, Emily, has put a lot of love in her food and restaurant. She’s done an amazing job. Don’t hesitate to order from here, you won’t be disappointed.

Taste was great! First time try, we didnt expect that much becuz we are not salad people but we definately are willing to come back for salad and bowl. I wish they serve a bit more of salad sauce tho Other than that food was great, the staff was friendly, and place was clean! Highly recommand!

Excellent menu! The salads and bowls are so full I was able to eat my Autumn Glow Bowl for lunch AND dinner. Highly recommend for healthy food on the go. So happy to see them in Masonville Mall now.

I enjoyed what I had rice/salad/tofu bowl. Adequate portion. Tasted very, very fresh and loved that the tofu was warm and nicely portioned. They accommodated my request for less waste. Seemed like a friendly team!

I'm not a salad person but wife insisted and WOW I ordered the Bandera Bowl, it is amazing and the wife ordered the Roasted Root Bowl way different ingredients and flavors but also great. The service very professional and a fair price. Definitely will be back soon.

What a great place to come and grab your healthy lunch while at the mall! Food is delicious, healthy and the staff are super friendly. They even recognized me from their downtown location. Try it out everyone. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Went to the new location at Masonville Mall. Bowls are okay and good, but very overpriced. Got the Maple Chicken Bowl because I wanted one with feta cheese. Paid 20 dollars for the bowl and didn’t see any feta cheese. When I asked if there was any, she said it was mixed in. Probably won’t be back.
